Free Legal Talks

Our last free talk of 2016 will be at 11am on Tuesday 15th Novemberber in Orpington Library.
Through these talks over the past five years, we have been able to help hundreds of people by providing essential free advice on subjects that everyone should be aware of.
In our next talk we will be discussing the following topics:

  • The Government’s new Inheritance Tax proposals. Can you really leave £1,000,000 tax free ?
  • Does your Will provide effectively for your dependents and loved ones ? How often should you review it?
  • The problems you leave by not having a Will.
  • What is a Power of Attorney and why it may be more important to you than a Will?

You can ask questions about your specific concern without any obligation.

You will receive a free information pack on the subjects we discuss and you can listen again to parts of the talk through videos on this website.

The talk will start at 11am and lasts approximately one hour including questions. There is no need to book,  just call in on the day.

The new season of talks will begin again in February. Please watch the local press in January or visit our website for details.
