Widow fights against Freemans catalogue company after husband’s asbestos death

A widow, whose husband died from asbestos poisoning, allegedly from the HQ of the Freemans catalogue company is suing the firm for £320,000 in damages. Her husband died at 73 from Mesothelioma. She claims that her husband was exposed to asbestos when material which was used to divide the offices, was removed thirty years ago. Freemans Plc denies the allegations.
